With field offices in Europe (based in Denmark), USA, and Japan, and technical collaborators in Japan, China and India, we can provide very short service-call times for all our QPatch users.

  • Software and user manual upgrades

Silver Plan
The Silver plan provides "basic coverage". The Silver Plan includes the following features and benefits:

  • Unlimited service visits
  • 2 PM visits per year
  • 5 business days on-site response time
  • Software and user manual upgrades
