Sophion Bioscience, Inc. grows into new, larger facility for enhanced collaborations with customers in North America

On the first day of this month, Sophion Bioscience, Inc. (New Jersey, USA) moved into a new, larger facility on the campus of the Technology Centre of New Jersey. All of Sophion Bioscience Inc.'s service & support, assay development, sales & marketing and demonstration related activities for North America will continue to emanate from this new facility. Sophion Bioscience's focus is the QPatch family of automated patch clamp systems. The QPatches dominate the automated patch clamp screening market for medium throughput, gigaseal systems.

The new address is as follows:

Sophion Bioscience, Inc.
671a US Highway One
North Brunswick, NJ 08902

"Sophion Inc. is really enthusiastic about moving into this new facility," said Chris Mathes, Ph.D., Sophion's Vice-president and General Manager, North America. "Thanks to our robust products and increasing family of customers, we continue to grow our business. The new facility houses a larger lab space and it is our ambition to further strengthen application and cell line support for even better collaborations with customers". The new facility is still a short distance to the Newark Liberty airport, which connects Sophion Inc. to customers and future customers throughout North America.

Sophion plans to host an open house at the new facility on Monday, April 11, 2011. Connect to Sophion on LinkedIn or follow us on Twitter (@sophionbio).
