NeuroSearch is a Scandinavian biopharmaceutical company listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Copenhagen A/S (NEUR). Their core business covers the development of novel drugs, based on a broad and well-established drug discovery platform focusing on ion channels and disorders of the central nervous system.

SLS Venture, a Scandinavian-based venture capital company, is the result of the merger of the life sience team from The Sixth Swedish National Pension Fund, Medicon Valley Capital and Innoventus.

The fund is one of the largest investment funds in Scandinavia in the life science sector.

A/S Dansk Erhvervsinvestering invests in manufacturing and service sector companies and, to an increasing extent, in research and development-based companies. A/S Dansk Erhvervsinvestering seeks to be an active co-player in the growth of its portfolio companies.

Danish Biotech SPV I P/S is the Danish special purpose investment vehicle managed by Omega Fund Management Limited.  Omega is a specialized healthcare investor, focused on providing liquidity to existing investors and funding to portfolio companies through the acquisition and subsequent management of direct investment positions. Omega acquires ownership interests in public and private life sciences companies, globally, from a variety of investors, ranging from company founders to corporate/VC investors
