Nav1.3
Voltage dependent sodium channel

(Alternative nomenclature: SCN3A, NAC3)

QPatch recordings of Nav1.3 currents:

Whole-cell Nav1.3 current recordings. Voltage protocol: 20 ms depolarization to 0 mV from a holding potential of –90 mV. Expression system CHO cells.

Current-voltage relationship for peak whole-cell Nav1.3 sodium currents.

Pharmacological profiling:
Inhibitors: tetrodotoxin, saxitoxin
Activators: N/A
(The list is not intended to be complete)

QPatch concentration-response analysis:

Whole-cell Nav1.3 currents in response to increasing concentrations (0.5-500 nM) of tetrodotoxin (TTX).

Concentration-response relationship for TTX based on the whole-cell Nav1.3 currents presented above. IC50 = 6.1 nM.
